      Obviously, i don't know your situation, but whenever i get annoyed by the women i'm trying to serve i just repeat in my mind that she's a superior female and i must just be wrong. Then i just say something like "Yeah, you're totaly right" or "You know i feel the same way" and continue with listening to her.
      I suppose subtlety is very important. You shouldn't just follow her around going "Can i help you? What i can do for you? Just, when she seems to struggle with something give her a second to figure it out by herself and if she still seems to struggle aproach and ask if you can help in any way. Don't be needy, she ows you nothing and you need HER.
      DON'T OFFER SOLUTIONS or opinions until asked for them. You're a dumb sissy and she definitely knows better.
      She might be hesitant at first, given that you probably don't have the greatest relationship(that's also another thing, if you have a problem with a woman, as a general rule, keep your mouth shut, no one cares and it will make your situation easier in the future) but she will eventually learn that you're looking for directions rather than partnerish or rivalry.
